Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are as follows:
24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee.
Less than 6 hours’ notice = 50% of reserved service(s), or $25 whichever is greater.
No notice given (no show) = 100% of the reserved service(s), or $30, whichever is greater.

If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last-minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply.
